May 4th 2023 | 12:30 – 1:30PM EST
“I don’t feel like myself.”
“Everything has changed.”
“I don’t know who I am anymore.”
Becoming a mother can be one of the hardest transitions any woman can experience.
Join us as licensed therapists, Kristy Champignon and Erin Begendorf of Meadowlark CSC, guide us in an ACT and value- based model to help support moms in the identity transition to motherhood.
You’ll be provided with an hour of information, worksheets, guided examples, and more. This training is open to all providers, individuals, and families of those who are struggling to rediscover or find themselves after becoming a mother.
Session will be recorded and sent to all paid participants once ended.
This training is open to medical professionals as well as the community.
