Since 2011, I have spoken at and facilitated several workshops and training in a variety of topics including:
- Meditation and mindfulness
- Building and maintaining compassion while working with high acuity populations
- Self care for helping professional
- Person centered planning and effective WRAP planning
- Consumer centered family consultation
- Understanding non-suicidal self injury in children and adolescents
- Using data to reduce psychiatric hospitalization
The presentations above have been shared with hundreds of people including community members, teachers, school administrators, case managers, peer advocates, students, in-patient, out-patient, and residential counselors, doctors, and mental health leaders and CEOs.

Becoming a mother can be one of the hardest transitions any woman can experience.
Join us as licensed therapists, Kristy Champignon and Erin Begendorf of Meadowlark CSC, guide us in an ACT and value- based model to help support moms in the identity transition to motherhood.
You’ll be provided with an hour of information, worksheets, guided examples, and more. This training is open to all providers, individuals, and families of those who are struggling to rediscover or find themselves after becoming a mother.
Session will be recorded and sent to all paid participants once ended.
This training is open to medical professionals as well as the community.
